Quilting  Fabric: 

• We have the most advanced auto quilting machine to do sheet padding orders
• We are also capable to work with crush padding with auto and manual filling. Most of the case we work through auto feeling process but some cases in short order we have to go through the manual filling process.

Cutting Fabric: 

• Utilize precision cutting machines or skilled craftsmen to ensure accurate cuts.
• Follow specified patterns or designs to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Stitching: 

• Employ experienced seams tresses or advanced sewing technology for precise stitching.
• Maintain consistency in seam allowances, stitch lengths, and thread tension for optimal results.

Washing: 

• Conduct thorough pre-washing to prevent shrinkage and color bleeding.
• Use appropriate detergents and washing techniques to maintain fabric integrity and color vibrancy.

QC Inspection: 

• Implement rigorous quality control measures at various stages of production.
• Inspect for defects, irregularities, and adherence to design specifications.
• Address any issues promptly to ensure product excellence.

Packing:

• Utilize eco-friendly packaging materials whenever possible.
• Ensure proper folding and presentation to minimize wrinkles and damage during transit.

Shipping:
